Learn how to use the Dashboard to manage your developer resources, explore location services, discover SDKs and APIs, and use tools available with your portal. The dashboard is your personalized hub within the ArcGIS Location Platform website, accessible once you've signed in with your Location Platform account. On the page, you will find the following:
Billing summary
This card provides a summary of your billing information found on the billing page. On the billing summary you find the following information:
- Billing cycle start and end dates: this is the date range of your current billing cycle.
- Next bill amount: considering the billing cycle date range, this is the amount that will be applied to your next invoice.
- Pay as you go status: tells you if pay as you go is on or off.
- Usage activity: a separate card for each service with a billing amount accumulated for the current billing cycle.
Visit the billing page for more details about your billing information.
Usage trends
A card appears for each service that recorded usage in the past 24 hours. You can click each card to go to the usage page with the details about the service usage quantity and date.
Developer credentials
A card appears for up to your 3 most recently updated developer credentials, including API keys and OAuth apps. Click the Manage credential link to review and update the parameters of your credential. Click the View usage link to review the service usage applied to that credential.
Create developer credentials: create and configure an API key or an OAuth app to access ArcGIS resources securely. These developer resources are fundamental for authenticating and authorizing access to ArcGIS services. Learn more with the Security and authentication guide.
Layers and data services
A card appears for up to your 3 most recently updated data services. Click the Manage layer link to review and update the parameters and data of your layer. Click the View usage link to review the service usage applied to that item. Use the See all layers and data services link to review all the items stored in your account.
Create or import data: Your portal provides a variety of features designed to facilitate the creation, organization, and utilization of spatial data such as feature services, vector tile services, and map tile services. Learn more about data services.
Create vector styles: The ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor is a web-based application that can create, edit, and save a custom basemap style for a vector tile layer. Custom styles are used to create unique visualizations for the basemap layers displayed in maps and scenes.
